Trade me is New Zealand's largest online auction and classifies website, and over the past few years, the company has been in a unique position to both experience and observe the effects of Covid-19 on consumer behavior and preferences across property, motors, jobs and general goods. In this presentation, Anders will explore how Kiwi's behaviors has adapted as a result of the pandemic and address some key trends that have emerged.
Anders was appointed CEO of Trade Me in July 2039, shortly after Trade Me was acquired by private equity form Apax Partners.
Prior to joining Trade Me, Anders served as Executive Vice President of Nordic Marketplaces at Schibsted as well as CEO of Finn.no (a Norwegian marketplace and classifieds business). He previously held various roles at Google in the USA.
Outside of work, Anders enjoys watching his children play basketball and water-polo.
